The tour guide will be arranging the meals.
Typically the meals are arranged to fast foods, or international buffets. You are not guaranteed to find vegan foods, but you are more than welcome to bring along your own foods on tour.

99% of the time we will have the hotel at the Stratosphere. We will inform you if the Stratosphere is sold out.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to upgrade your Las Vegas hotels.

Q: It's me and my 3 friends again ;-). Turns out we will be arriving with more package than we thought we would be.. meaning, we all might have 2 big suitcase, and one carry-on. Will we be allowed to take our suitcases on the tour with us (will it be stored in the bus?), or do we have to lock it somewhere? If so, how much will it cost to have them stored savely? Correct. We will accommodate your luggage in the under carriage of the tour bus. You will have to bring the luggage down each night for the night's hotel stay.
There is no place to lock them for an extended period of time. You must put them on the bus and off the bus each day.
